The kit for weighing FEM2A counterweight wheelbarrows (18-72V) is designed for straightforward installation, allowing forks to be mounted in a few simple steps without the need for cables or wires. Once the forks are mounted, they transmit data via Bluetooth to a wireless display, which allows the operator to check the load weights. The system features an accelerometer that automatically activates the mobile forks. It can weigh items quickly with a high precision of 0.1%, thanks to the stainless steel weight-carrying cells rated IP68 and advanced software.
The compact backlit screen, which provides visibility for the operator, does not take up much space in the cabin. Each fork is powered by a plug-and-play rechargeable lithium battery with a 90-hour autonomy, ensuring the system is always ready for weighing tasks. The display also presents error messages regarding load stability, indicating improper positioning, alerting the operator to overloads, and facilitating weight monitoring to prevent unsafe movements. This weighing fork kit eliminates the need for additional tools, thereby streamlining processes and reducing costs.
