Description

New system of weighing hydraulic overload control for electric stackers, weighing the load in just 5 seconds by measuring the pressure in the hydraulic lifting system. Additionally, the operator is warned if the preset lifting limit has been exceeded. When the truck operator weighs a load, the load bar will inform them about their weight in relation to the maximum lifting capacity. If the operator attempts to rise above the preset lifting limit, both the integrated audible alarm and the electric relay will be activated.

Fully adjustable, the system does not affect hydraulic lifting performance and enhances site safety. It also operates on telescopic wheelbarrows, container trucks, shovel loaders, and front loaders.

CHARACTERISTICS Precision of +/-0.2% to +/-0.5%. It does not alter the dimensions of the wheelbarrow. It does not reduce the capacity of the wheelbarrow. No wires on the mast and maintenance-free.
