The WELDING AND DESOLDERING MACHINE is designed for the repair of TCT circular saws ranging from 150 to 1200 mm (5.9" up to 47").
Key features include linear guides with recirculating balls for precise saw adjustment, an infinitely adjustable potentiometer that controls the welding and desoldering temperature, and two spindles that allow for effortless adjustments of saw diameter and tooth angle. The operation is simplified through a single potentiometer button, controlling both the welding initiation and power application.
Designed for durability, the ELITE SOLDAmaq 1200 is capable of operating for many years without requiring maintenance. It is specifically tailored for the sawmill industry but is also suitable for various types of carbide tipped circular saw blades. Its operation is efficient and economical, providing easy and fast usage.
In terms of functionality, during the welding process, simply place the saw in the holder, insert the new carbide tooth tip into the socket, position the saw, and press the welding button. Repeat this process for additional teeth. For unwelding, place the saw in the holder, support the tooth to be removed against the welding socket, and press the welding button; this will heat the tooth for removal using a rod.
The machine accommodates various tooth profiles and is constructed from high-quality components to ensure a long lifespan. The technical specifications of the SOLDAmaq 1200 include a saw blade diameter range from 150 to 1200 mm (5.9" to 47"), a saw blade hole size between 20 to 130 mm (0.78" to 5.11"), a brazing angle from -20 to +25º, and an installed power of 4 kW.
