The ELITE 70 is a high-precision tool and cutter sharpening machine designed for heavy-duty tasks, capable of supporting loads up to 200 kg on the working table and achieving microns precision. The movement of the Y axis (depth) is operated by a ball screw and recirculating ball bearing guides, guaranteeing smooth and precise movement with resolutions of up to 0.005 mm.

The X (table) and Z axes also slide on recirculating ball bearing guides; in the manual version, they are moved by a toothed belt to achieve smooth, vibration-free movement. In the automated version, the X axis is driven by a recirculating ball screw. Despite its robustness and precision, its general operation is very simple and comfortable, as all movements are made from the front of the machine, allowing for table (X and Y axes) movement from the rear.

The version includes one CNC axis (Z vertical) and a digital scale on the X, Y, Z axes. Full enclosure or half enclosure is available as an option. The grinding wheel motor delivers full power (2 HP) with variable speed from 3,000 to 9,000 RPM, optionally up to 18,000 RPM.

The work table features 360º rotation, enabling operation from all required positions. It includes graduation for precise position adjustment. The control panel manages the direction of wheel rotation and speed based on diameter, with various programs available optionally. Also included is a digital scale position indicator for up to 3 axes: X, Y, Z available as an option.

Optional accessories include a CNC control panel for up to 4 interpolated axes, easy and guided management, LCD screen, and motorized vertical movement. The hand-wheel operates from the front of the machine, while a screen displays real-time position for up to 3 axes (X, Y, Z).
