The ELITE EVG 250 model is our band saw sharpener for sawmills that need to sharpen band saws from 40 (1.57") to 250 mm (9.8") with different tooth shapes. It is driven by an interchangeable feed cam that allows complete sharpening of the tooth geometry of the sawmill band saw. Additionally, the machine can be equipped with a cooling system to perform wet sharpening. By using different cams, several different shapes of teeth can be made, such as triangular tooth, curved tooth, winter tooth, parrot beak, etc. It is a robust machine with easy handling and an excellent quality-price ratio.

The ELITE EVG 250 operates automatically using an interchangeable cam system for complete machining of all common tooth geometries in one cycle. It features easy access and a clean design for service or repair of the machine. The electrical panel is located at the bottom and the mechanics at the top of the machine, protected by an easy-to-open cover. The electrical cabinet is organized in a clean manner, ensuring maintenance is straightforward when needed.

The equipment includes a band saw holder, band saw clamping jaws, and preparation to connect to a machine filtration system or centralized filtration system.
