Highlights three different cams for selecting the tooth shape: triangular, small curved, and large curved. Two free spaces for special cams. Sharpening of the curved tooth profile (Woodmizer). Possibility of selecting the type of sharpening: only the front of the tooth or front and back. Independent regulation of the tooth pitch. Independent regulation of the grinding wheel depth and entry/exit speed. Vertical system for placing the band saw, saving space. Includes coolant system for wet grinding.

ELITE SC 3. THE CONCEPT. The ELITE model SC 3 is our multi-profile band saw sharpening machine. It can sharpen many different types of tooth shapes allowing the independent adjustments of the feed pitch, grinding wheel working depth, and entry/exit speed. It has different cams for different profiles. The working speed is adjustable by VFD (variable-frequency-drive) and it uses a CBN grinding wheel for perfect sharpening operations. Its vertical design, solid and reliable, is engineered to require little space and to bear high workloads.
