The ELITE SSC 350 is an automatic tooth flank grinding machine designed specifically for sawmill band saws with widths ranging from 40 to 350 mm. This machine features complete automation through four CNC axes, enabling full machining of common tooth geometries in a single cycle, thus ensuring efficient grinding operations with short cycle times.

Equipped with a user-friendly 10-inch color touch screen control panel, the SSC 350 allows for the creation and editing of programs while performing other tasks. Key programmable parameters include tooth angle, tooth geometry, sharpening path, sharpening charge, sharpening speed, tooth pitch, and tooth advance speed. The machine also supports variable grinding wheel rotation speeds from 2,500 to 5,000 RPM, with an additional rotation speed range of 5,000 to 9,000 RPM, facilitated by an integrated frequency converter for optimal energy consumption management.

Maintenance is made simple with an organized electrical cabinet located at the bottom of the machine and easily accessible mechanics at the top, all under a protective cover. The SSC 350 includes essential equipment such as a band saw holder, clamping jaws, dual grinding wheel holders, LED work area lighting, and preparation for connection to a centralized filtration system. It operates efficiently with a coolant flow rate of up to 40 liters per minute, necessitating a 6 bar air connection and a power supply of 220V 1Ph 50/60Hz, with a power requirement of 2.5 kW.
