ELITE JVC 700. MACHINE BASIS. The ELITE model JVC 700 is our standard sharpening machine for circular blades. With 1 CNC axis, it allows complete automation of the grinding process for 1 cutting angle of the circular blade. Optionally, it can also grind sickle-shaped blades.

ELITE JVC 700. HOW IT WORKS. Easy-to-use control panel. All button functions are explained with illustrations. Each button is intended for a single task, allowing users to know what to expect from a button press. The control panel with LCD screen enables programming of the machine. Programmable values include: Roughing phase: Infeed, total amount to be ground, circular knife rotation speed. Finishing phase: Infeed, total amount to be ground, circular knife rotation speed. Fine-finishing phase: Time of fine-finishing operation, circular knife rotation speed. Working example. Grinding wheel rotation speed variable from 2,000 to 4,000 RPM. Available as an option. Equal diameters production program included as standard. The machine can produce circular knives at the same diameter as a standard feature. Integrated refrigeration equipment. The machine operates with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil for better sharpening quality and longer grinding wheel life.
