ELITE SVG 850. THE SMART CHOICE.

The ELITE SVG 850 model is our new sharpening machine for the top and face of all common tooth geometries in circular saw blades with carbide tip, for circular blade diameters from ø100 to 850 mm.

An innovative machine with a grinding system perfect for cutting melamine or laminated wood without chipping or marking the wood. It uses the famous peripheral grinding wheel system to obtain a saw blade with a very smooth cutting edge. Designed to be fully automatic, without superfluous additional costs. No complicated extras that can easily break or become costly to repair.

With 5 CNC axes for complete machining of all common tooth geometries in one cycle. Short travel paths ensure fast grinding operation.

PROGRAMMING THE SHARPENING OF THE TOP OF THE TOOTH.

The touch screen allows for quick and easy programming. The tooth shape can be selected at the bottom of the screen. The data necessary for sharpening the tooth appears in the central part of the screen when the tooth type is selected.

PROGRAMMING THE SHARPENING OF THE FACE OF THE TOOTH.

The screen for programming the face sharpening allows you to select, among others, the type of grinding wheel sharpening: Enter sharpening, move the wheel away and leave without sharpening. Or go in sharpening and come out polishing with the grinding wheel.

Likewise, you can select the direction of rotation of the wheel: Left, right or change the direction for each tooth, as well as the rotation speed of the grinding wheel.

STANDARD TOOTH FACE SHAPES.

NEW WELD TEETH OR BROKEN TEETH. Broken teeth or new teeth can be added and modified easily. And then activate or deactivate this function without having to modify the entered values. Very useful, for example, to skip broken teeth during sharpening the face, but deactivate this option when sharpening the back.

ELITE SVG 850. HOW IT WORKS.

Easy to use control panel. The color touch screen control panel allows the creation or editing of a program while the machine is working on another program. Among the programmable values are: Tooth angle programming: The grinding wheel axis will automatically move to the value entered in the program. Sharpening path, sharpening load, sharpening speed, tooth pitch, advancement speed of the teeth indexing finger, number of broken teeth. Up to 7 teeth/minute in triple-chip tooth. You can go fast when it is needed!

All the movements have been optimized to reduce dead times. Grinding wheel rotation speed variable from 2,500 to 5,000 RPM.

Our machines include the variable frequency drive as a standard feature, so you can adjust grinding wheel speed to the optimal value and also reduce energy consumption.

Integrated refrigeration equipment. Machine operates with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil for better sharpening quality and longer grinding wheel life. Integrated coolant system with 220-liter tank and removable grates for easy cleaning.

Easy access and maintenance. At the back of the machine, the electrical panel is found at the bottom, and the mechanical system at the top, both protected by their corresponding easy-access panel, which also reduces the total space needed for the machine.
