The ELITE MVB 650 is specifically engineered for sharpening the hollow face teeth on carbide circular saws, accommodating disc diameters ranging from 210 to 650 mm. The automatic operation facilitates tooth indexing, sharpening travel, saw blade body thickness adjustment, and stock removal, all managed through intuitive controls.

The design of the ELITE MVB 650 ensures easy access for setting up and adjusting the machine for sharpening. It includes a user-friendly LCD control panel that allows programming for sharpening path, speed, tooth pitch, and indexing speed, with clear illustrations for each button function. An integrated cooling system with a 220-liter tank supports wet sharpening, enhancing blade quality and extending grinding wheel life. The electrical panel is conveniently located for maintenance, simplifying any necessary servicing.
