Description
The industrial elevator for loads up to 125 Kg, model ELC-720, is designed for a maximum load capacity of 125 Kg at a maximum height of 3.50 m (trays and wheels not included).
The foldable umbrella-type base design, along with its compact size and ease of handling, makes the ELC-720 an ideal solution for tasks performed in small spaces, both indoors and outdoors.
Its three telescopic sections are manufactured from high-strength steel and feature a reinforcement sleeve at the terminal. The sections are finished with special epoxy paint suitable for outdoor use, which helps to maintain the tower and prevents corrosion of any components.
The sections extend through a system of pulleys with bearings and a 4mm diameter anti-torsion steel cable (composition: 7x19+0) specifically designed for load lifting according to DIN 3060. Protective plates cover all pulleys and the cable exit roller, serving a dual function: preventing damage during handling and transport of the tower and ensuring the cable remains in place on the pulleys.
The base is compact and features four stabilizing legs with a foldable design. It is constructed from steel with textured black epoxy paint that has undergone a double treatment for outdoor use. The foldable umbrella-type design allows for adjustment to the working surface, making it suitable for tight spaces such as bathrooms, kitchens, and terraces.
Specifications include improved productivity with time savings, maximum stability, safety, and resistance, reduced dimensions for maximum maneuverability, rapid and tool-free assembly, a self-locking winch that prevents rollback and holds the load at the desired height, a lightweight and compact design for easy handling by a single operator, and industrial and domestic applications for both indoor and outdoor use. The product is manufactured in Spain with immediate availability of spare parts and accessories if needed. It meets rigorous quality controls and complies with German regulations and European directives.
Safety features include a self-locking winch (Ref. CG450, 450 Kg) that prevents rollback and stops the load at the desired height, and an Automatic Safety Locking System (ASB) that incorporates a rack mechanism with safety pins to immediately lock the tower section in the event of cable failure.
The ELC-720 industrial elevator is constructed with advanced welding equipment ensuring maximum safety and resistance, complying with the necessary requirements for solidity, maneuverability, and lightweight design essential for load lifting. It is certified according to safety standards: DGUV Regulation 17 & 18, DGUV Rule 115-002, DIN 56950-1, and 2006/42/CE. Importantly, the ELC-720 industrial elevator is not designed for lifting persons.
