The 230Kg Front Lift, 5150mm Height, is equipped with 4 extendable aluminum profiles using pulley systems. It is supplied with all the necessary components and accessories for use: side stabilizers with leveler, forks, wheels for vertical and horizontal transport, etc.

The 230Kg Front Lift, 5150mm Height, features a special design that allows the legs to be positioned at the front or rear, enabling the tower to be moved closer to the wall when needed. These telescopic legs are equipped with leveling casters. Tray and counterweights available.

The elevator is supplied with a self-braking winch (ref. AL-KO 900) that prevents backward movement and stops the load at the desired height. When the winch crank is released, the brake acts, stopping the load.

The winch is equipped with a detachable crank, thus avoiding the risk of tampering with the lift and reducing transport and storage space.

Thanks to the special system for loading it into vehicles, the easy positioning of the load to be lifted, and its quick assembly, this crane is considered one of the most functional on the market.

GUIL has designed a practical and safe system that allows the TORO B-202/C crane to be raised electrically (ref. ELECTRIC-B). This lifting system, not included in the elevator, converts the manual tower into an electric tower.

The <strong>TORO B-202/C</strong> elevators are equipped with two safety systems that guarantee maximum reliability during the lifting and lowering of loads:

<strong>Self-braking winch Ref. AL-KO 900</strong>

The winch's self-braking system prevents backward movement and stops the load at the desired height; once the desired height is reached, when the winch lever is released, its braking mechanism begins to act, preventing backward movement and stopping the load at the desired height.

<strong>IPB System</strong>

<strong>Internal Pendulum Brake System</strong> <strong>(IPB)</strong>: An extra safety system consisting of an internal pendulum mechanism, which is automatically activated in each section when it experiences a small drop speed and is unlocked by activating a trigger that each section has (<strong>MSU</strong> System).

<strong>MSU System</strong>

<strong>Section Unlocking System (MSU)</strong>: Each section is equipped with a trigger that allows the sections to be unlocked when the pendulum brake system has acted.
