Description
Front lift with 230Kg capacity and 6600mm height, model TORO 50-460/028. It is equipped with 4 extendable aluminum profiles using pulley systems and is supplied with the necessary components and accessories for use, including side stabilizers with leveler, forks, and wheels for vertical and horizontal transport.
The special design allows the legs to be positioned at the front or rear, making it possible to move the tower closer to the wall when needed. The telescopic legs are equipped with leveling casters. Tray and counterweights are available.
The lift is supplied with a self-braking winch, ref. AL-KO 900, which prevents backward movement and stops the load at the desired height. The winch has a detachable crank to reduce the risk of tampering and the space required for transport and storage.
The lift includes magnetic neodymium safety pins and can be operated manually or electrically by purchasing the “ELECTRIC” system, which is not included. It has quick and easy assembly without tools and no loose parts.
Standard equipment includes folding side stabilizers with leveling spindle wheels, adjustable, removable, and reversible forks, detachable telescopic legs with leveling spindle wheels, and 8 wheels for vertical and horizontal transport and loading onto vehicles.
The base is compact, measuring 81 x 65 cm, and is made of high-strength steel with a textured epoxy paint finish with double treatment for outdoor use. It is specially designed to allow the legs to be placed at the front or rear of the lift.
The base comes standard with two telescopic legs adjustable to 4 positions, equipped with magnetic pins and 2 swivel casters (Ø150mm) with a spindle for leveling the lift if necessary. It also includes two steel reinforcements and four swivel casters, two of them with brakes (Ø150mm).
The tower is equipped with a “Document Holder” for storing the user manual.
TORO lifts are equipped as standard with reinforced steel forks measuring 660 x 60 x 60 mm, with magnetic pins for quick assembly and to prevent loss. The forks have a reversible, adjustable, and detachable design for load positioning, adaptation to different load sizes, and convenient transport and storage.
The lift is equipped with 4 profiles made of high-strength aluminum, extendable by means of oversized pulley sets with bearings and galvanized steel cable of high strength and flexibility, specially designed for lifting loads.
Accessories are not included.
TORO B-202 PLUS freight elevators comply with the requirements of the Safety and Quality System according to the European Regulations contained in Standard 2006/42/EC. TORO cranes are not designed for lifting people. For outdoor use, the hoist must be secured with cables, slings, chains, etc. to prevent unexpected movement due to weather conditions.
The lift is intended for installations in high-rise buildings, professional technical assembly, industry and specialized maintenance, and applications that require a large vertical reach. It is not recommended for loads exceeding 230 kg, use without stability control, or irregular terrain.
