The Front Lifter 250Kg (TORO 50-460/05B) is designed for robust performance while remaining lightweight due to its components. It is certified for lifting loads of up to 240 kg to a maximum height of 5.10 meters.

Its compact design, with a folded height of only 1.97 m, allows for transportation in smaller vehicles. The front lifter features three extendable aluminum profiles operated through pulley systems, and comes complete with all necessary components and accessories for operation: lateral stabilizers with leveling capabilities, forks, wheels for vertical and horizontal transport, among others.

The special design of the Front Lifter enables the legs to be positioned at the front or rear, allowing the tower to be placed closer to a wall when needed. These telescopic legs are equipped with wheels featuring leveling spindles. The TORO 50-460/05B is supplied with a self-locking winch (ref. AL-KO 900) that prevents rollback and holds the load at the desired height when the winch handle is released. The winch is fitted with a removable handle to reduce the risk of elevator manipulation as well as to minimize transport and storage space.

Due to its unique loading system for vehicles, convenient placement of loads, and quick assembly, this crane is regarded as one of the most functional on the market.

Specifications include an extremely robust yet lightweight construction designed for applications requiring significant lifting capacity, maximum stability, safety, and resistance. The lifter also folds to a height of just 1.68 m and is manageable by a single operator, leading to time savings and increased productivity.

TORO lifters can be operated manually or electrically with the optional 'ELECTRIC' system (not included). The assembly is quick and straightforward, requiring no tools, and there are no loose parts. The telescoping legs are removable for bringing the elevator closer to a wall when necessary.

To ensure a quick, comfortable, and safe lifting of loads, the elevator is equipped with a self-locking winch that prevents rollback and secures the load at the desired height. Safety pins are made of magnetized neodymium to avoid loss. The equipment is manufactured in Spain at the L’Alcúdia (Valencia) facilities. The FRONT LIFTER comes fully equipped with all necessary components and accessories for operation (Note: adapters ref. ACT are not included). Included are: folding lateral stabilizers with leveling wheels, adjustable, removable, and reversible forks, removable telescopic legs with leveling wheels, and 12 wheels for vertical and horizontal transport and loading onto vehicles.

Regarding safety, the TORO 50-460/05B is manufactured using advanced technology, with meticulous material selection and quality control of all components during production. This guarantees maximum strength and stability, meeting the requirements for firmness, durability, and maneuverability necessary for safe load lifting. The TORO B-201/C lifters feature two safety systems ensuring maximum reliability during lifting and lowering operations.

The self-locking winch, ref. AL-KO 900, prevents rollback and secures the load at the desired height. Once the desired height is reached, releasing the winch lever triggers the brake mechanism, preventing rollback and holding the load securely.

The Internal Pendulum Brake System (IPB) provides additional safety, activating automatically if the load experiences a slight drop speed, and can be released via a trigger provided on each section (MSU system). Each section is also equipped with a release trigger allowing for unlocking once the pendulum brake has engaged.

The TORO B-201/C Load Lifters comply with the Safety and Quality System per European Regulations outlined in Directive 2006/42/EC. It is important to note that TORO CRANES are not designed for lifting persons. For outdoor use, the lifter must be secured with cables, slings, chains, etc., to prevent unexpected movements due to weather conditions.
