The Manupack 1500 kg Manual Stacker with a 2500 mm Lifting Height combines high load capacity with high lifting height for industrial warehouses that need to stack heavy pallets on high racks without relying on electricity. It is made of tubular steel and includes a high-pressure hydraulic pump and double lifting chain. It lifts loads up to 1,500 kg from 85 mm to 2,500 mm, with a folded height of 1,838 mm. It complies with the guidelines of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work in Spain.
It has a built-in lifting pedal, fixed forks for European pallet (540 x 1,150 mm), and polyurethane wheels on the fork and tiller for stability, precision, and comfort in operation. Capacity: 1,500 Kg. Equipment weight: 205 Kg. Lifting height: 85–2,500 mm. Collapsed height: 1,838 mm. 100% manual operation via hydraulic pump and double lifting chain.
It is particularly well suited for warehouses with tall shelving and heavy pallets, as well as logistics, textiles, food processing, publishing, heavy distribution, and pharmaceuticals. It is intended for frequent lifting in high-density warehouses without electricity and for warehouses with second- or third-level racking that regularly handle heavy pallets. It is not recommended for horizontal movements over long distances, uneven or unpaved outdoor floors, or very narrow spaces with no room to maneuver.
