Description
The Manupack EPT15V 1500 kg lithium electric pallet truck is a self-propelled unit with an ultra-compact design and a high-strength frame manufactured with advanced metal welding and bending technology.
It is equipped with a replaceable lithium battery and has a 1500 kg load capacity (EPT15V model). It incorporates a pipeless hydraulic system, a 4 mm thick motor cover, an ABS dustproof plastic housing, a smart tiller with slow-speed control, battery indicator, emergency reverse button, horn, lifting/lowering controls, and the option of configuration by PIN code.
It includes CAN BUS technology for automatic monitoring of the pallet truck status and fast fault diagnosis. It has a turning radius of 1380 mm and an Ast aisle width of 2052 mm for 800x1200 longitudinal pallets.
This electric pallet truck is intended for warehouses, retail environments, supermarkets, and logistics platforms that require a constant and agile flow of goods. Its compact size and service weight of 142 kg with battery included make it suitable for use inside delivery trucks, loading docks, and areas where space is limited.
The lithium battery uses 24V and has a very light battery weight of only 5,5 kg for easy and quick replacement. It is suitable for short shifts and intensive horizontal transport of materials.
Safety is our priority. Manupack electric pallet trucks strictly comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and bear the corresponding CE marking. They incorporate a high-security electromagnetic service brake and an emergency reverse button on the tiller head to protect the operator from entrapment. In accordance with the guidelines of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, this equipment prevents musculoskeletal injuries resulting from manually pulling heavy loads.
