The Manupack 1200 kg electric stacker with a 2500 mm base lift is a self-propelled machine with dual electro-hydraulic lifting mechanisms. The forks mounted on the mast raise the load up to 2500 mm, and the base's stabilizing legs also raise independently to overcome obstacles or position the machine at the precise working level.
Manufactured from high-strength steel, it incorporates an electric motor, high-pressure hydraulic pump, speed control, fork lowering control, LED load indicator, and a rear protective grille behind the mast. Its compact design allows for safe and smooth 180° turns in narrow aisles.
The 1200 kg electric stacker with a 2500 mm lifting base is equipped with Euro pallet forks and polyurethane wheels. Its independent dual electro-hydraulic lifting system is its main differentiator compared to conventional electric stackers.
The 1200 kg electric stacker with a 2500 mm base lift is suited for warehouses and logistics platforms with loading docks at varying heights and two levels of racking, as well as for the pharmaceutical and food industries, and any environment where the base of the equipment needs to be raised to overcome obstacles. For warehouses where a raised base is not required, standard 1200 kg electric stackers are a more economical alternative.
