Fork weight kit for counterbalanced forklifts FEM2A (40-160V). Installation is very easy, the forks can be mounted in a few simple steps, without cables or wires. The great advantage is flexibility, as they can be easily removed and reinstalled on another forklift. Once mounted, they transmit data via Bluetooth connection to the wireless display that allows the operator to check the weight of the loads. Accelerometer for automatic activation of the mobile forks as standard. The system can weigh goods quickly with very high accuracy. The load cell technology for weight acquisition, made of stainless steel with IP68 protection, combined with state-of-the-art software, ensures high precision of 0.1%. The compact backlit display for viewing weight in the cabin does not take up much space and provides great visibility for the operator. Each fork is powered by a rechargeable plug&play lithium battery with a runtime of 90 hours, making the system always ready to weigh when needed. Additionally, the display sends an instability error message indicating if the load is not in the correct position. It also alerts the operator about overloads and helps monitor the loaded weight, thus avoiding dangerous movements and tipping.
