Industrial traction batteries for forklifts and electric vehicles

Our traction batteries are designed to meet the needs of the most demanding tasks in various machines like forklift Trucks, electric Stackers, cleaning machines like sweepers, scrubber Machines, lifting Platforms, electric vehicles, etc. The batteries come equipped with plugs with tilting closure and indicator of electrolyte level facilitating the exhaust of the gases produced during the load and protecting the battery from the electrolytes. The caps also allow the installation of temperature measurement probes, and of electrolyte mixing/agitation systems. Optionally they can be equipped with automatic water filling system that allows filling all the elements at the same time. The plugs that include battery facilitate the measurement of electrolyte density and ensure a correct level of filling. Air electrolyte mixing: This pipe system installed inside the element is made up of a membrane air pump that facilitates the circulation of the electrolyte, avoiding stratification and optimizing battery charge (30% less time and saving up to 20% energy).
