Electromagnets for square/round semi-finished metals
The DIMET EMGS series electromagnets are electromagnets for square/round semi-finished metals, designed for use in magnetic crossbeams to grip various long metal pieces perpendicular to their long side. DIMET EMGS series electromagnets are also manufactured with a heat-resistant structure for handling steel billets up to 650 ˚С.

- The coil material is a high-quality wire with greater insulation that significantly reduces the risk of short circuits between turns. This wire makes it especially easy to repair the electromagnet, since in the event of a failure the coil only needs to be rewound.
- The thermal insulation seal provides an optimal coil temperature during use of the electromagnet with loads of up to 650° С, thus ensuring load capacity stability.
- The high-quality filling compound prevents electrical breakdown between the coil wire and the housing and reduces overheating of the electromagnetic coil.
- The reinforced shielding plate is reliable protection for the coil with a notably longer service life of the electromagnet. The clamping bands of the electromagnets are made of grade 09G2S steel, which is characterized by high strength and greater wear resistance.
