The ELITE JVC 800 is an automatic circular blade grinding machine designed for blade diameters ranging from 100 mm to 700 mm (4" to 27.5"). It features a double wheel setup for efficient sharpening of circular knives, ensuring high-quality finishes and optimized working times.
User-friendly operation is facilitated by a control panel with on-screen guided instructions. The machine includes a coolant system to enhance sharpening quality and extend the grinding wheel's lifespan. It operates with adjustable circular knife rotation speed and offers programmable grinding phases, including roughing, finishing, and polishing.
The ELITE JVC 800 incorporates 3 CNC axes for complete automation in the sharpening process across two opposing cutting angles. The grinding wheel motor has a dual configuration of 0.75 kW (1 HP), allowing for simultaneous sharpening of two angles. It also features integrated cooling equipment with a 220-liter tank for effective lubrication and heat management during operation.
