The ELC-750 industrial top-loading lift has a capacity of up to 180 kg and a maximum height of 4.5 m (tray not included. Available from 09/24).

The tower is made up of four sections of high-strength steel with a special epoxy paint finish for outdoor use. This finish allows outdoor installation of the hoist tower, ensures easy maintenance, and prevents rust.

The sections are equipped with: a) a welded bushing at the end for greater reinforcement; b) section-to-section adjustment to prevent play (ergonomic metal knob); c) protective plates to cover the pulleys, preventing damage during handling and transport of the tower and preventing the cable from coming out of them; d) the last section is fitted with a reinforcement bushing.

Compact 41 x 41 cm base specially designed to allow access of the tower in reduced spaces. The tower is equipped with four removable legs with double-step leveling screws (greater speed), with anti-slip discs of chrome-plated steel and injected rubber that ensure a perfect fit on all types of surfaces.

The load is lifted by means of a self-braking manual AL-KO winch. Once the desired height is reached, when the winch lever is released, its braking mechanism starts to act, preventing backward movement and stopping the load.

The sections extend by means of pulley sets with bearings and galvanized steel cable (Composition: 7×19+0) specially designed for load lifting (DIN 3060).

Telescopic sections are fixed at the desired height by locking devices (essential during use).

The 180 kg top load industrial hoist is equipped with two safety systems that guarantee maximum reliability during lifting and lowering of loads: 1. self-braking winch from the Austrian manufacturer AL-KO. The winch's self-braking system prevents backward movement and stops the load at the desired height. Once the desired height is reached, when the winch lever is released, its braking mechanism engages, preventing backward movement and stopping the load. 2. ASB System (Automatic Locking Safety System).

Rack and pinion mechanism with safety locking pins. In the extreme event of cable breakage, the system would immediately lock the tower section, preventing any movement of the load. This elevator is constructed using state-of-the-art welding equipment that guarantees maximum safety and strength, meeting all requirements for robustness, maneuverability, and lightness necessary for lifting loads.

The ELC-750 lifting towers comply with the safety requirements according to the following standards and regulations: DGUV Regulation 17 & 18, DGUV Rule 115-002, DIN 56950-1, 2006/42/EC.

ELC towers are not designed for lifting people.
