Electric stacker with a capacity of 1500 kg and a lift height of up to 5.6 m, providing an efficient and safe solution for load handling in warehouse environments where greater visibility and direct access to the load are required.
Safety and productivity: This stacker features an electric motor that eliminates the need to replace carbon brushes. It includes a multifunction display with battery state indicators (BDI) and a time counter. The side battery is easy to maintain. It is designed with shock absorbers for silent operation and is equipped with a handle featuring an emergency reversal device for enhanced safety. The automatic deceleration function enhances safe operation, while the integrated pressure relief valve protects against overloads, improving reliability. The brake in the handle can be positioned both vertically and horizontally for increased safety. It also includes an emergency power disconnect switch and a low-speed switch that resembles a tortoise, in addition to continuous speed control.
Optimal structural design: Bajo Bareciate ensures stable operation. The vertical drive wheel guarantees good maintenance and a small turning radius. The powder-coated motor structure protects the brakes and motor, enhancing durability and reliability. The mast and frame are divisible and interchangeable, enabling fully free elevation suitable for low ceiling environments (the stacker with a height of 3 m can enter through a 2 m door). Low voltage protection adjustment prolongs battery life. Electronic components are concentrated, simplifying the circuit and facilitating assembly, debugging, and maintenance.
