Description

Tymbia by CHL presents the new K2C series: a Forklift designed for diesel and LPG operations, featuring a load capacity ranging from 2000 to 3500 kg. This new model showcases an industrial design concept aimed at enhancing security and reliability, with a strong emphasis on user-centered interaction.


Technical specifications include a standard lift height of 3000 mm and engines equipped with either the Kubota V2403-CR-TE5B or the Kubota WG2503. The forklift operates with an energy source of diesel or LPG, achieving maximum speeds between 18 to 19 km/h.


The K2C series offers several advantages including improved environmental performance with reduced oil consumption, a compact turning radius, and lower hydraulic oil and engine coolant temperatures. The design minimizes pressure within the hydraulic system and enhances visibility for the operator.


The entire machine is compliant with EU Stage V emission standards and meets U.S. environmental protection regulations. The diesel variant utilizes a KUBOTA V2403 high-pressure electronic common rail engine and incorporates advanced DOC + DPF high-gas treatment technology, while the KUBOTA WG2503 engine offers dual fuel capabilities.


Operator comfort is significantly enhanced with features like a reduced steering wheel diameter to mitigate arm fatigue, extended pedal space, and ergonomically designed seating. The dashboard includes backlit meters for easy reading, displaying engine failure codes when necessary.


Reliability in the K2C series is markedly improved with a robust cast structure, increased mast stiffness, and reduced front flex that enhances truck stability. Additionally, sealing performance and electrical system protection have been upgraded, while cooling performance has been enhanced.


The forklift is equipped with a Driver Retention Warning System to enhance safety by alerting drivers when the seatbelt is not fastened. Furthermore, an advanced operator presence system is integrated to ensure safe operation by cutting power if the operator leaves their designated position unexpectedly.


Maintenance efficiency is improved through features such as an enhanced motor shaft that reduces maintenance frequency and an easy-to-access engine compartment. The fault coding system is displayed on the dashboard, assisting in maintenance operations.


The Euro 5 diesel engine variant comes with an automatic DPF regeneration functionality, ensuring operational efficiency. When activated, it delivers 100% power during the regeneration process, which can be manually interrupted if necessary.


Operational efficiency is further enhanced with increased speed capability, a compact address radius, and conveniently located light switches integrated into the steering knob. The high-capacity battery used in diesel models supports reliable power for starting and operational needs, all while consuming less oil and pressure loss. Standard LED lighting contributes to reduced energy consumption.
