The ELITE SOLDAmaq PRO 40 band saw welding machine is specially designed for welding bi-metal, stainless steel, and steel materials. It accommodates a band saw width of 10 to 27 mm (0.39" to 1") for bi-metal and stainless steel saws, and 10 to 40 mm (0.39" to 1.57") for steel saws.
This machine enables the welding of stainless steel and bi-metal band saws without the need for additional flux and completes the process in a matter of seconds. The incorporated annealing system ensures that the weld maintains uniform hardness throughout its length. The welding process is straightforward; users simply follow the provided welding parameters based on the saw's thickness and width, close the clamping jaws, and activate the welding button.
The ELITE SOLDAmaq PRO 40 operates both the welding and annealing processes in one clamping without requiring any additional materials. It features an electronic control panel and can be equipped with an optional SOLDAmaq EC deburring machine to remove weld seams. The cooling system for the clamping jaws is available for continuous welding operations and production lines. The technical specifications include a steel bandsaw width range from 10 to 40 mm, a bimetal bandsaw width range from 10 to 27 mm, and an installed power of 6.5 kW. The machine's gross weight is 103 kg with a packing size of 710 x 710 x 360 mm.
