The ELITE EVG 350 is a fully automatic 2-axis CNC band saw sharpener that enables complete machining of all common tooth geometries in a single cycle. Short path lengths ensure fast grinding operations, and its completely enclosed cabin guarantees silent operation. It features a very fast door opening system that ensures quick placement of the band saw.

The easy-to-use control panel is equipped with a 10” color touch screen that allows for program creation or editing while the machine operates another program. Programmable values include: tooth angle, tooth geometry, sharpening path, sharpening load, sharpening speed, tooth pitch, claw feed rate, and number of teeth. The clean design of the machine provides easy access for service or repairs.

The electrical panel is located at the bottom while the mechanics are positioned at the top, protected by an easy-to-open cover. The electrical cabinet is organized clearly for easy maintenance when necessary.

Included equipment features a band saw holder, clamping jaws, work area lighting via LED lamp, small mist extractor, and preparation for connection to a machine filtration system or a centralized filtration system.
