The ELITE SVG 850 model is the new sharpening machine for the top and face of all common tooth geometries in circular saw blades with carbide tips, compatible with circular blade diameters ranging from ø100 to 850 mm.

This innovative machine features a grinding system perfect for cutting melamine or laminated wood without chipping or marking. It utilizes a well-known peripheral grinding wheel system to achieve a saw blade with a very smooth cutting edge. Designed to be fully automatic, eliminating unnecessary additional costs with no complicated extras that can easily break or be costly to repair.

With 5 CNC axes for complete machining of all common tooth geometries in one cycle, short travel paths ensure fast grinding operations.

PROGRAMMING THE SHARPENING OF THE TOP OF THE TOOTH. The touch screen allows for quick and easy programming. The tooth shape can be selected at the bottom of the screen, and the necessary data for sharpening appears in the central part of the screen when the tooth type is selected.

PROGRAMMING THE SHARPENING OF THE FACE OF THE TOOTH. The screen for programming the face sharpening allows for the selection of various grinding wheel sharpening types: enter sharpening, move the wheel away, and leave without sharpening. It allows also the selection of the wheel's rotation direction: left, right, or change direction for each tooth, as well as the rotation speed of the grinding wheel.

NEW WELD TEETH OR BROKEN TEETH can be easily added and modified, with the ability to activate or deactivate this function without having to change the entered values. This feature is particularly useful for skipping broken teeth during face sharpening while deactivating the option when sharpening the back.

ELITE SVG 850. HOW IT WORKS. The easy-to-use control panel with a color touch screen allows for the creation or editing of a program while the machine operates on another. Programmable values include: tooth angle programming, sharpening path, sharpening load, sharpening speed, tooth pitch, and advancement speed of the indexing finger. It can accommodate up to 7 broken teeth per minute with triple-chip tooth designs.

Movements are optimized to reduce downtime. Grinding wheel rotation speed is variable from 2,500 to 5,000 RPM. The machines feature a standard variable frequency drive for optimal grinding wheel speed adjustment and reduced energy consumption.

Integrated cooling system. The machine operates with water-soluble coolant or grinding oil to enhance sharpening quality and prolong grinding wheel life. An integrated coolant system includes a 220-liter tank and removable grates for easy cleaning.

Easy access and maintenance. The machine's back features an electrical panel at the bottom and a mechanical system at the top, both protected by easily accessible panels, which also minimizes the total space required for the machine.
