The ELITE model GBT 850 is our automatic dual-side grinding machine for circular saw blades with a diameter ranging from ø100 to ø850 mm. It enables precise and rapid grinding of tooth flanks, suitable for manufacturing carbide-tipped circular saw blades or for tip replacements. It is designed to operate automatically without unnecessary additional costs, avoiding complicated parts that can easily break or are expensive to repair.

The machine features an easy-to-use control panel with a color touch screen, designed with a fast and user-friendly interface. It is possible to create or edit a program while the machine operates. The grinding wheel rotation speed is variable from 5,000 to 9,000 RPM, with adjustable spindles driven by a frequency inverter, allowing reduced energy consumption. The machine also includes an integrated refrigeration system with a 220-liter tank, optimizing sharpening quality and extending grinding wheel life.
