Description
Tilting container with a capacity of 500 liters and lateral discharge. This container is custom-made to provide a volume of 500 liters and a load capacity of 750 kg. Its dimensions are: width of 1280 mm, length of 1250 mm, and total height of 800 mm, with a high mouth of 650 mm. The weight of the container is 157 kg.
The container features a holding system for wheelbarrows, constructed from 3 mm thick sheet metal with reinforcements. It includes a very soft progressive foundation, making it easy to place in the initial position. The lever-based system is manual and allows for distance manipulation via a string. Additionally, the container can return to the initial rest position from the driver's position of the wheelbarrow and is adaptable to all types of wheelbarrows. It includes a double security system that prevents accidental turning.
The container is oven-lacquered (Epoxy) after being cleaned with an acid treatment to remove all types of residue from the sheet. Available options include a taco support base, 125 / 150 mm diameter wheels (2 fixed and 2 rotating, one with a brake), and various finishes: oven-lacquered (Epoxy), zinc-coated, galvanized, or stainless steel.
